About Us

Barry Kearney qualified with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying awarded by Trinity College Dublin after studying in Bolton Street College of Technology, Dublin.

Barry set up his own practice in 1997 in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal after working successfully with various Quantity Surveying practices and a building contractor in the North West of Ireland.

Since 1997, Kearney & Associates have been delivering top class professional procurement and cost management services to the building industry in Ireland and the UK.

Barry believes in continuously improving himself and the practice through education and continuously updating his skill set to ensure that he is efficient at all levels.

Barry is an incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
